The Team Captain is required to provide his/her contact information and the names of the other team members expected to participate. If your teammates are still to be determined, please type TBA for the additional Player Names. If possible, please provide the email address and phone number for all players. The tournament is limited to 32 teams!! Registrations will be taken based on the date and time of their receipt. Registration must include payment of at least the Team Captain to be considered complete.
